TWO LIQUOR ROCKS DRINKS

These drinks are 2oz. drinks
They contain a base liquor and a liqueur (cordial)
Occasionally people request some of these drinks straight up

Basic preparation
In a rocks glass packed full of ice, pour 1½ oz. base liquor then ½oz cordial
The cordial is heavy and mixes with the base liquor naturally. Add sip stick.  No shaking or stirring.

Black Russian
1½oz. Vodka
½oz. Kahlua

Dirty Mother
1½oz. Brandy
½oz. Kahlua

Brave Bull
1½oz. Tequila
½oz. Kahlua

Godfather
1½oz. Scotch
½oz. Amaretto

Godmother
1½oz. Vodka
½oz. Amaretto

French Connection
1½oz. Brandy
½oz. Amaretto

Sicilian Kiss (2 cordials ...Southern Comfort is south...goes first)
1½oz. Southern Comfort
½oz. Amaretto

Old Fashioned
In an empty rocks (old fashioned glass) add orange slice, cherry, dash of bitters, pinch of sugar and splash of club soda. Use wooden muddler (looks like small baseball bat) or spoon to mash slightly. Fill with ice and Whiskey of choice or Southern Comfort (Southern Comfort Old Fashioned).

Nutty Irishman (2 cordials .... OK.. Mr. Bailey likes Mrs. Butterworth on top! ...think about it)
1½oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
½oz. Frangelico (bottle looks like Mrs. Butterworth pancake syrup)

Stinger
1½oz. Brandy
½oz. White (clear) Creme de Menthe

Green Hornet
Use Green Creme de Menthe (same flavor)

Vodka Stinger/White Spider
1½oz. Vodka
½oz.White Creme de Menthe

Tarantula/Green Spider
Use Green Creme de Menthe

Rusty Nail
1½oz. Scotch
½oz. Drambuie
