The Bartending Guide
                                                          ICED TEA DRINKS


Basic Preparation
Iced Tea drinks are prepared in a tall glass such as a Collins, Hurricane or 16oz. pint glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice or wedge.

Long Island Iced Tea
½ Vodka
½ Gin
½ Rum
½ Tequila
½ Triple Sec
Sour Mix
Top with Coke or Pepsi
Shake (before or after the soda)
Garnish with Lemon

Iced Tea
Tequila is eliminated (some people will just order an "iced tea" meaning Long Island or perhaps they want a regular non-alcoholic iced tea. Ask them.

Long Beach or Manhattan Iced Tea
½oz. Vodka
½oz. Gin
½oz. Rum
½oz. Tequila
½oz. Triple Sec
Cranberry Juice
Top with 7-Up
Shake
Garnish with lemon or lime


Electric Blue Iced Tea
½oz. Vodka
½oz. Gin
½oz. Rum
½oz. Tequila
½oz. Blue Curacao
Sour Mix
Top with 7-Up
Shake
Garnish with lemon
