The Bartending Guide

Basic Preparation
Pour 1oz. liquor into cup of coffee.
If using a glass cup place a spoon inside before pouring coffee. (The spoon acts as a conductor for heat so the glass doesn't shatter).


Ask customer if they prefer whipped cream on top. If so, cover top of coffee with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry.

Irish Coffee
1oz. Irish Whiskey
Top with whipped cream and Green Creme de Menthe

Kioki Coffee
½oz. Brandy
½oz. Kahlua

Jamaican Coffee
1oz. Tia Maria (Jamaican coffee liqueur)

Italian Coffee
1oz. Sambuca

Mexican Coffee
1oz. Kahlua or Tequila

Spanish Coffee
1oz. Liquor 43
