SHOTS & SHOOTERS
There are hundreds of different shots & shooters. Any drink can be made as a shot or shooter by just reducing the proportions. Some of the ones listed below can also be served as a drink. Shots are sometimes served by the "pitcher" which is made in the 16oz. metal shaker. A pitcher is eight shots.
Basic Preparation
Pour all ingredients into the 16oz. mixing glass or metal shaker filled with ice. As a guideline, halfway up is about 4 shots and almost to the top would be eight shots. Shake with the metal shaker and strain into shot glasses or rocks glasses for shooters.
Tequila Shot
1oz. Shot Tequila

1oz. Shot Absolut Citron Vodka (chilled)

Splash of 7-Up
Cover glass with coaster or napkin and bang on bar

Lime Juice
(As a drink, rocks glass with ice ... ½oz. Lime Juice, ½oz. Triple Sec and fill with Vodka)
Lime garnish
Windex/Smurf Piss
Substitute Blue Curacao for Triple Sec

Top with whipped cream
Put mouth over glass, tilt head back.
For Muff Dive take a Margarita glass and put the shot glass with the ingredients into the center recess of the Margarita glass. Fill the Margarita glass around the shot glass with whipped cream and usually a male will drink the shot from the center of the glass.
